Dr. Jackson attended Food Science conference in Taiwan

Dr. Jackson represented NFSC at a Food Science conference in Taiwan with Dean Wei. The Conference was entitled Mini Summit on Food Safety, Policy and Sustainability. The Conference was held at the National Taiwan Ocean University. Attendees and presentations were from faculty or administrators from National Taiwan University, National Shanghai Ocean University, the Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the University of Georgia, Auburn University, and the University of Maryland at College Park.
