Their expertise includes feeding patterns and glucoregulation, statistical analysis, obesity research, nutritional biotanthropology, international nutrition, health communications, carotenoid metabolism, diet and cancer prevention, regulation of energy metabolism, eldery populations and chronic disease, and trace mineral metabolim during pregnancy and lactation.
